Donation: This is a 8-10 days of hunting for Marco Polo and Mid-Asian ibex hunt for one hunter. All Kyrgyzstan hunting licenses and fees are included in this donation 100% donated by the Kyrgyzstan Hunting Department for Marco Polo and ibex enhancement projects. CITES application with USFWS is due by May 1, 2013. Cost is $100. Camp Staff tips are additional.
Dates: Can be taken between September - November 2013 or January/February 2014; Hunt cannot be transferred to another year.
Additional non-hunters: Welcome for $2500 each.
Arrival & departure point: Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.
Accommodations: In Bishkek (Hotel at $100-200/night); in hunting area, there is a base camp w/heated buildings and if spiking out, backpack style tents.
Special note: This is a Marco Polo (subspecies is the Hume Argali) and ibex (Mid-Asian) from Kyrgyzstan. Asian Mountain Outfitters, working in conjunction with the Director of the Kyrgyzstan Hunting Department, have donated this hunt. The winning bidder will have their name submitted to the USFWS, so that they will get a USFWS CITES Import Permit, if they are a US Citizen. Non American’s are not required to get an import permit. All funds, minus 10% to the Wild Sheep Foundation for running the auction and the Government license/tax fee and travel/vehicle expense incurred by the Hunting Department, will go into a fund for Marco Polo and ibex enhancement projects: such as wolf management, game surveys, anti-poaching patrols, range management issues, local education, studying animal migration patterns and an aerial program in the near future for radio-collaring animals and doing scientific research. This is a demanding hunt: A real hunt for real hunters; physical fitness will help with hunter enjoyment and success. Elevations range from 10,000-13,000’. Temperatures are below freezing and sometimes below 0; Extensive horseback riding is required. Hunters need to be proficient in shooting 300-500 yards. Bryan will be doing 2 seminars at the Wild Sheep Convention where he will discuss how hunters should prepare for trips like these. After the hunt, hunters will take trophies home with them as checked luggage or they can be shipped via DHL and cleared, using a wildlife broker. If hunter desires to have a Western/English speaking guide, this can be arranged for an additional price:

LIVE AUCTION PAYMENT SCHEDULES
Auction items must be paid for by the close of Convention. Payments will be taken at the Auction Payment Table during the International Banquet, the Ladies Luncheon, Life Member Breakfast, all Live Auctions, and at the Saturday Banquet. Payments can be made by cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
WSF welcomes the use of approved credit cards for auction purchases. However, a convenience fee of 3% will be added to all auction purchases, including special permits when using credit cards for auction payments. PICK UP OF AUCTION ITEMS PURCHASED
Items may be picked up during the auctions with proof of payment. The Auction Volunteer Team will be available in the auction hall to assist you in obtaining your item. In addition, you can pick up your item in the Live & Silent Auction Display area (located in the Exhibit Hall) during show hours, please have your receipt available.
SILENT AUCTION PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Silent Auction results will be posted at the close of the auction in the Silent Auction Area and at the Registration Desk. Payments will be taken at the Registration Desk from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Arrangements for item pick up can be made at that time. Bidding begins Thursday at 10:00 a.m. and ends Saturday at 3 p.m.
Any items left in the inventory, either unpaid or uncollected, will be taken back to WSF Headquarters and shipped at the purchaser’s expense.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS REGARDING FIREARMS
Before taking possession of your purchased firearm, the gun must be registered in compliance with all federal, state, and local firearms laws. To meet this compliance, WSF will ship the firearm from Headquarters to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder of your choice after convention. WSF cannot transfer any firearm at the Convention.
TERMS OF SALE
Any bid made at a WSF auction, whether in person at a live auction, by phone, or at a silent auction, constitutes an unconditional offer to buy the item in question at the price bid. Unless a higher and subsequent bid is made, your bid creates a binding contract of purchase, obligates you to sign the bid ticket or, in the case of a phone bid, authorizes the person who took the bid to sign on your behalf AND requires that the bid amount be paid prior to the close of the auction. In the event that the successful bid was made by phone, the bid price must be received before the close of the fifth business day after the close of the auction. For any purchase of more than $100,000, upon request, an issued check currently dated will not be deposited until the opening of the sixth business day after the close of the auction.
Any failure of compliance with the provision above will result in the addition of any costs incurred because of non-compliance, plus the addition of interest at the rate of 1% per month, or portion thereof, that payment is late.
The Wild Sheep Foundation (WSF) is organized to benefit wild sheep by generating funds by auctioning items donated by individuals or companies.
All goods in the live and silent auctions and fund-raising areas have been acquired or obtained from third parties. The purchaser acknowledges that the goods have not been inspected by WSF, and is advised, in the case of firearms, knives, bullets, or other weapons to obtain a competent inspection and test of the goods before use. The goods sold in both the live and silent auctions are sold “AS IS” with all faults and defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of WSF. WSF provides no warranties of fitness and expressly disclaims the same. WSF does not accept any liability or responsibility for any product, design, or use. Any written warranties on the goods delivered to the high bidder are those solely of the manufactures, and/or their agents, and shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the manufacturer.
All services, hunts, or otherwise, in the live and silent auctions and fund-raising areas have been acquired for and are to be furnished by third parties and contain the same reservation set forth under “goods” above. No services in the live auction are to be or will be performed by WSF. WSF shall bear no responsibilities for the delivery or quality of any of the services, or for any loss or damages arising from or related to or connected with the performance or non-performance of such services. The purchaser also acknowledges that in the event that services are purchased, WSF cannot be responsible for or liable for any political unrest or instability that may occur outside the United States. WSF cannot be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise there from.
WSF reserves the right to add items to the auctions as additional donations become available.
“WSF strongly encourages Special Permit buyers to book with a licensed, registered guide/outfitter in the state, province, tribal nation or country he/she is hunting. Use of non-licensed guide/outfitters may be prohibited by law.
It is the legal responsibility of the permit buyer/holder to familiarize themselves with, and abide by, the game, outfitting, guiding, firearm use/importation or other applicable laws in the state, province or country they are hunting.
Only WSF exhibitors may solicit and/or market to permit buyers or attendees on the expo or auction floor during our conventions. Solicitation by non exhibitors violates WSF Exhibit policy and is prohibited.”
