DONATION: NEW FOR 2025 SHEEP SHOW! SB377- Unimak Island brown bear Governor’s Permit! Permit winner will receive: complimentary hunting license for the season, big game locking tag and the hunt permit.
DATES: Season dates: October 1, 2025-December 31, 2025, or May 10, 2026-May 31, 2026, or in accordance with hunt dates to be published in the 2025-2026 Alaska Hunting Regulations on July 1, 2025.
AMENITIES INCLUDED: Legal Animal: One (1) brown bear, except cubs or females accompanied by cubs.
LOCATION: Cold Bay, AK
ACCOMODATIONS: Tented-based remote camp accessed via bush plane.
SPECIAL NOTES: Hunter Requirements: This hunt is available to Alaska residents and nonresidents. Non-Resident brown bear hunters are required to hunt with a registered hunting guide or a family member of second degree of kindred (father, mother, brother, sister, son, daughter, spouse, grandparent, grandchild, brother or sister-in-law, son- or daughter-in-law, father- or mother-in-law, stepfather, stepmother, stepsister, stepbrother, stepson, or stepdaughter).
