Lot of assorted Thompson submachine gun parts and accessories, including one complete Model 1921/1928 blued trigger frame assembly, 1 M1/M1A1 parkerized trigger frame assembly without the grip ("FULL" marking has been machined off), 1 wood buttstock with blued steel buttplate & black enamel finished aluminum lug assembly, 3 wood M1/M1A1 pattern handguards (1 checkered with sling loop cut on left side, 1 with sling loop cutout added on left side and with 1 with sling swivel added on left side), 1 polished in-the-white Model 1928 pattern bolt assembly (with brass lock), 1 blued Model 1928 pattern bolt assembly (without lock), 1 Model 1928 bbl. (with cooling fins, Cutts compensator, forend iron, and partial section of cut Thompson receiver), 2 Model 1928A1 smooth barrels (1 remaining wrapped in arsenal packaging), 1 small section of a cut Thompson receiver with Lyman peep rear sight, 1 bag of small parts and components (some parts including 1 actuator, 1 brass lock, 2 main springs, 1 M1/M1A1 main spring guide rod, 1 buffer, and 1 mag. catch lever, amongst over small parts and springs), as well as a M1/M1A1 pattern sling. CONDITION: parts exhibit scattered marks from handling and storage, with areas of wear from use overall. Model 1928 bbl. exhibits a mirror bore while retaining strong rifling throughout. 1 1928A1 pattern bbl. exhibits wear and mild to moderate pitting overall, retaining a bright bore that shows strong rifling and scattered pitting throughout. Arsenal-wrapped 1928A1 bbl. is presumed to be very good to excellent overall. Wood furniture is very good overall, with some minor chipping present on the checkered forend.
