ATTRACTIVELY RESTORED FLOBERT PARLOR PISTOL.
Cal. 22 RF. S# 13685. Bbl 4 1/2". Florbert pistol of Austrian of German manufacture. Frame and barrel are brass washed and exhibit floral, line design, and dot design overall. Half length faceted barrel and rounded barrel, with an Austrian or German eagle proof on the underside. Nitre blued trigger and hammer. Frame is mounted with relief Griffon and acanthus leaf brown plastic grips. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: wood case with red velvet interior and cleaning rod. CONDITION: metal components retain the vast majority of their brass washed finish, exhibiting areas of pitting overall beneath the finish. Nitre blued components exhibit areas of wear through to gray patina. Grips show some scattered handling marks, but are otherwise very good. Case lid is broken off and is split at the front.
