NORTHWEST PROVINCE OF SOUTH AFRICA
This donation is for two hunters on a two on one hunt and 2 observers.
The hunting season is from 1st of March 2021 to 30 November of 2021 or 2022.
· The donation is for the duration of 8 days. The 8 hunting days will be on concessions of Africa Maximum Safaris in the North West Province of South Africa. We have over 300 000 acres of combined consessions we hunt.
· If trophies are taken early, client will not be required to suspend the duration of days donated for hunting.
· The hunt may be upgraded, either extra hunters or observers at normal rates (as per price list), extra trophies to be hunted, extra days booked either on hunting or touring, as client wishes to tailor the package.
· Trophy animals donated are one of each specie to be shared by the hunters:
1x Sable and 1 Nyala to be shared by the hunters.
The second hunter can upgrade and take a Sable at the discounted price of $ 3900.00 and or a Cape Buffalo at $ 9000.00.

· Included in the donation is field preparation of trophies, dipping and shipping is not included in the donation.
· The arrival and departure point will be Johannesburg OR Tambo International Airport.
· No permit drawing or lottery is required for this hunt.
· All transportation during the hunt is included and all transportation is done by vehicle. Special arrangements will be made if client wishes to charter a plane to camp. This will be done at extra cost to the client.
· This donation excludes the arrival and departure days cost and the airport transfer. Arrival and departure days and airport transfers are charged @ US $ 210.00 per person per day excl. 14% tax. This is applicable to the client in all cases.
· Weapons to be used: Rifle only - 30-06 caliber and bigger. The limitation on the ammunition is 200 rounds per gun. Alternative weapon to bring is a shotgun for bird shooting.
· An export permit from the United States is required to bring any weapons in to South Africa. At South African Customs the gun owner will supply necessary import permit on which a temporary firearm license will be issued.
· Value of this donation is $ 22,360.00
· Africa maximum Safaris cater for safari tours to Botswana, Kruger Park, Pilanesberg Park and other exciting destinations. If client wishes to upgrade on touring days we will be glad to tailor-make their dream Safari Tour.
Conditions:
• The buyer of this hunt will be binded to the conditions as specified in the package above.
• This is a safari hunt package, no credit will be allowed towards a photographic safari.
• Any addition days and species clients wish to add will be as per the normal price list of the year that the safari is undertaken in.
• Clients must get in contact with the outfitter with in 3 months after they have bought the hunt to reserve dates for their safari.
Hunters can contact the outfitter for addition information on the hunt and any upgrades to this package.

SAFARI CLUB INTERNATIONAL – SOUTH FLORIDA CHAPTER (SCI-SFC)
The following provisions will apply to bidders participating in online bidding:
1. Winner’s credit card on file will charged the full amount for each successful bid. Winner will receive an immediate email acknowledgement at the conclusion of the bidding phase followed by a paid invoice once their payment has processed.
2. In the event the card is declined, SCI-SFC will make one attempt to contact the winner to obtain a new form of payment. If the bidder cannot be reached, SCI-SFC may, in its sole and absolute discretion, re-sell the affected item. Online bidders are encouraged to remain available via cell phone during the bidding process.
3. Online winners will be assessed a Buyer's Premium (5% or $250, whichever is less) on the total winning bid amount for each online purchase. The Buyer’s Premium will be included in the total charged for each item.
4. Online bidders agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of any transaction being conducted during the online auction.
5. SCI-SFC reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the online auction.
6. If bidder dissatisfaction occurs with the online auction in any way, bidder’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the online auction before items have been purchased.
7. SCI-SFC reserves the right to terminate bidder registration and use of the online auction, and impose limits on certain features of the online auction or restrict bidder access to, or use of, part or the entire online auction without notice or penalty.

GOODS: All goods in the live auctions, silent auctions and raffles have been acquired or obtained from third parties. The high bidder acknowledges that the goods have not been inspected by DSC, DSCF or FRONTLINE and is advised, in the case of firearms, knives, bullets or other weapons to secure a competent inspection and test of the goods before use. 9. Bidder acknowledges that the online auction bidding phase is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. SCI-SFC will not be responsible for error or failures to execute bids placed via the internet, including, without limitation, errors or failures caused by (i) a loss of connection on SCI-SFC`s or bidder`s end (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online bidding software and /or (iii) a breakdown or problems with a bidder`s internet connection, computer or system. SCI-SFC does not accept liability for failure to execute any online bid or for errors or omissions in connection therewith.
10. SCI-SFC may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any goods that were affected by any malfunction.
11. CHARITABLE DEDUCTION QUALIFICATIONS
• SCI-SFC is a 501(c)(4) non-profit organization and not listed as a charitable organization under the United States Internal Revenue Code. Therefore, in accordance with IRS regulations, no payments or donations made to the SCI-SFC for auction items would be tax deductible.

12. AUCTION CREDIT POLICY FOR SCI-SFC. Disputes regarding auction items purchased during the SCI-SFC Fundraiser, or at any other time, shall be submitted to the SCI-SFC Board in writing and shall detail the basis for the dispute and the grounds supporting a refund. The SCI-SFC Board may, in its sole and absolute discretion, approve an auction credit for the amount paid, deny relief, or, in extraordinary circumstances, approve a refund of the amount paid. Without limitation, credits or refunds will not be given if the auction winner is unable to utilize the purchased item in the time described in the auction description due to illness, work conflicts, personal or family conflicts or death(s), travel delays or cancellations or any other similar matters affecting the auction buyer that are outside of the control of SCI-SFC auction credit policy will not apply to any auction item for which the Donor and Buyer alter or vary the terms set forth for the item in the auction catalog or any other description of the auction item prepared and/or disseminated by SCI-SFC. If a refund or credit is approved by the SCI-SFC Board for any auction item the proceeds of which are to be paid to or split with any third party beneficiary, the refund or credit will not exceed the net amount allocable to SCI-SFC for such item. All credit or refund decisions are within the sole discretion of the Board of SCI-SFC and all Board decisions are final.
