Likhulu Safaris is an African safari company established in 2007 by Professional Hunter and Outfitter Matt van Vuuren and his wife Jacklyne. The name "Likhulu" is a Zulu word meaning "It's Big."

Matt's passion for the outdoors and wildlife began at a young age. He shot his first animal, a Mountain Reedbuck, at age seven, which marked the beginning of his hunting career. He has been involved full time in the
hunting industry since 1998 and obtained his Professional Hunters license in 2002. He gained valuable experience hunting in South Africa, Zambia, Tanzania, and Botswana, under the guidance of wellknown outfitters and professional hunters,including his father who is still an active professional hunter.

Jacklyne holds a degree in Tourism Management and Marketing. She sets high standards for the camps used and ensures that clients have an enjoyable and relaxing experience. Additionally, Jacklyne is known for her outstanding cooking skills and ensures that guests never leave camp hungry.
