The Purchaser (winning bidder) of any merchandise items will be responsible for the cost, with payment in advance, of any shipping, crating, packaging and insurance associated with delivery.
This trip is for 2 hunters and 2 non-hunters, includes trophy fees for 1 Gemsbok, 1 Red Hartebeest, and 1 warthog PER HUNTER. It can be taken February - November 2025/2026. We have had multiple chapter members who have hunted with this outfitter. This is a 10-day, 2 x 1 guided safari which includes 7 1/2 days hunting, a wine tasting event at one of only 3 wineries in Namibia and 2 transfer days. You can hunt with gun or bow. Field prep and delivery of trophies to local taxidermist included. This trip can be upgraded to include additional days at $300 per day and additional trophies per current price list. Hunter must secure weapons permit at cost. Non hunters welcome at $150 per day. Not included is round trip airport pick-up for 1-4 people at $900. Note: It is the winning bidder’s responsibility to know any international travel requirements. This package is only offered to new clients and cannot be combined with other donated hunts.

PAYMENT must be made the day of purchase. All non-hunt items must be picked up the day of sale or raffle. All hunt information packages must be picked up upon payment. BE SURE YOU GET YOUR HUNT PACKET FROM THE CASHIER. Trips purchased online will have the hunt packet emailed to them. Items or hunts not picked up will be considered a ‘no sale’ item.

Auction hunt buyers must be flexible as some dates are inevitably booked by the outfitter or professional hunter. Chapter does not guarantee the satisfaction of the buyer or the donor, the size or number of trophy animals or the buyer‘s shooting ability.
