Repeat donor, Misty River Outfitters offers this opportunity for one hunter to hunt Black Bear in the remote Alberta wilderness! This 2x1, guided hunt will take place from a river jet boat and then spot and stalk. This is a two bear hunt! Prior hunters have experienced 100% success with a high percentage of color phase bears. This hunt may be upgraded to include wolf and coyote; additional hunters ($4,200); and/or non-hunters ($150 per day). This hunt is scheduled for May 18 -25, 2014 and cannot be deferred. Accommodations during this hunt will be a remote tent camp on the banks of the Athabasca River and includes meals, guide and trophy care. Hunter is responsible for transportation to and from Fort McMurray; non-resident hunting license (approximately $250 USD); WIN card; Cities permit if a wolf is harvested; and tips. Hunter may choose his/her weapon (archery, rifle – .243 or larger, Black Powder or Cross Bow – no hand guns). Don’t miss this chance to experience a unique hunting experience!
