.45 caliber, 44.5" octagonal barrel, NSN. .39" across flats, barrel subtly swamped. Brass blade front sight with rear sight block. Blued barrel with walnut stock featuring and carved cheekpiece. Brass forend cap, ramrod pipes, entry pipe, forend plate, sideplate, and triggerguard. Brass buttplate and toe plate. Flat lockplate with flat and faceted reinforced cock. Ovoid pan with fence, re-shoed frizzen with roller. Brass star patchbox secured with button. **Good condition overall. Barrel has an even dark untouched plumb patination with matching wear to lockplate. Some pitting around breech. Stock shows some handling marks and blemishes with some sections of missing wood around barrel and lockplate. Some dulling of brass. Action is non-functional. Bore is moderately dark with visible rifling.** $1,000-$2,000
