.36 caliber, 36" octagonal to round barrel with wedding band, NSN. .5" across flats. Blued finish with full stock of typical Lancaster form secured by brass keys. Brass nosecap, ramrod pipe, entry pipe, triggerguard, tailpiece, and buttplate. Brass patchbox secured by button. Marked on top of barrel "J. FORDNEY/LANCASTER PA". Appears to be a conversion from flintlock. **Good condition. Barrel has a deep untouched plumb patina with lockplate matching. Some rough pitting around primer. Some sections of missing wood around barrel with some additional minor missing wood around breech from age. Action is not functional, and bore shows some darkening.** $1,000-$2,000
