.55 caliber, 43.25" octagonal barrel, NSN. .5" across flats. Steel finish with full stock secured by brass keys. Stock checkered at wrist and features a raised cheekpiece. Brass blade front sight with rear sight block. Brass forend cap, ramrod pipes, entry pipe, sideplate, and triggerguard/ German silver cheekpiece star insert with engravings. Brass buttplate and toe piece. Well-formed patchbox with engravings and button latch. Some darkening to lockplate with hammer likely replaced. Lockplate marked "PW" in script. Ramrod likely replaced. **Good condition. Barrel has some scattered oxidation and scratches with some tarnishing of brass. Some handling marks and blemishes to stock with some missing wood around barrel. Action is not functional. Bore is mostly dark with some old grime and visible edges to rifling.** $1,200-$1,500
