MARCELO GIL of MG Hunting donates this five day 1x1 guided hunt for (1) Red Stag for (1) hunter taking place in La Pampa Province, 600 Km from Buenos Aires during the 2017 or 2018 seasons. The Red Stag is one of the most impressive animals in South America, and the hunter will have the opportunity to harvest an excellent trophy. The private hunting area of 25,000 hectares has a high population of red deer where gold medals are harvested every year. La Pampa is one of the most untamed regions of Argentina, and it has an abundance of mountain lions, wild boars, water buffalo, and numerous species of rams and goats. The hunter can upgrade to take a myriad of additional trophies. The donation includes the daily rates and the trophy fees for one Red Stag. Extra days may be added for $350, and non-hunting companions are $200 per day. Hunters stay in a first class lodge with six double-bedroom suites, a large dining area, and comfortable sitting rooms where they can relax and enjoy a drink. All meals are generous and usually feature Argentina’s world-famous beef. The chef can prepare special menus (vegetarian, salt-free, etc.) on request. Fine wines and alcoholic beverages are included. MG Hunting representatives will meet you at the Buenos Aires and La Pampa airports and assist with the paper work. The point of arrival and departure is Santa Rosa Airport in La Pampa Province. All sales are final. NO RETURNS OF MERCHANDISE WILL BE ACCEPTED. Bidders paying by credit card require prior approval and will be charged an additional 4% Credit Card/Transaction Fee. 2. This is an auction with reserve. Successful bids must meet the established reserve amount, if any, to win the item. The highest bidder’s credit card on file will be charged the full amount of each successful bid (that meets the established reserve).

3. Online Bidders agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of any transaction being conducted during the online auction.
4. Mid-Atlantic Bowhunters Chapter of Safari Club International reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the online auction.
5. If Bidder dissatisfaction occurs with the online auction in any way, Bidder’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the online auction before items have been purchased. Users agree that any arbitration or remedies sought in any way will be initiated within the closest local jurisdiction within the Commonwealth of Virginia.
6. Mid-Atlantic Bowhunters Chapter of Safari Club International reserves the right to terminate Bidder registration and use of the online auction, and impose limits on certain features of the online auction or restrict Bidder access to, or use of, part or the entire online auction without notice or penalty.
7. ALL ITEMS SOLD THROUGH MID-ATLANTIC BOWHUNTERS CHAPTER OF SAFARI CLUB INTERNATIONAL ARE RECEIVED FROM THIRD PARTY VENDORS.
SERVICES: ALL SERVICES, HUNTS OR OTHERWISE, IN THE LIVE AUCTIONS, HAVE BEEN ACQUIRED FOR AND ARE TO BE FURNISHED BY THIRD PARTIES AND CONTAIN THE SAME RESERVATION SET FORTH UNDER “GOODS” ABOVE. THE SERVICES IN THE LIVE AUCTIONS ARE SOLD “AS IS” WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS, AND WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THE PART OF MABC-SCI. 9. Bidder acknowledges that the online auction bidding phase is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. Mid-Atlantic Bowhunters Chapter of Safari Club International will not be responsible for error or failures to execute bids placed via the internet, including, without limitation, errors or failures caused by (i) a loss of connection on Mid-Atlantic Bowhunters Chapter of Safari Club International`s or Bidder`s end (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online bidding software and /or (iii) a breakdown or problems with a Bidder`s internet connection, computer or system. Mid-Atlantic Bowhunters Chapter of Safari Club International does not accept liability for failure to execute any online bid or for errors or omissions in connection therewith.
10. Mid-Atlantic Bowhunters Chapter of Safari Club International may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any goods that were affected by any malfunction.
11. Mid-Atlantic Bowhunters Chapter of Safari Club International reserves the right to terminate Bidder registration and use of the online auction of any particular Bidder without notice to said Bidder or penalty.
