Arisaka bolt action carbine, 6.5mm, serial #161685. The carbine is in fair overall condition with a 20” barrel with a post front and military style tangent rear sight. The barrel and receiver retain a significantamount of their military finish with the remainder having gone to patina. The surfaces of both suffer from light to moderate surface rust while the front ring of the receiver clearly retains the mum withJapanese characters. The smooth wood stock shows hard use with numerous gouges, dents and compressions. No cartouches or proof marks were observed. There is a 10” lateral crack from the pistol grip to the smoothmetal butt plate. The butt stock has sling swivels mounted on the left side. The bore is rough, the action functions and markings are legible on this World War II era Arisaka. Est.: $200-$400. (C+R).

Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
