Originally made by Marlin circa 1890 and reworked by Arthur Hubalek circa 1900. Hubalek was known for building extremely accurate 22 Rimfire caliber target rifles. He worked in Brooklyn, New York from the early 1900's to the 1930's. 30-5/8" blued round target weight barrel measuring 1" across muzzle with sheared blade front sight and fitted with Posa mounts and 2" Unertl 24x target scope. Barrel is marked on top "A. Hubalek". Blued Ballard Union Hill action with Schuetzen double set triggers and loop finger lever. Walnut plain Schuetzen style butt stock with Schnabel plain walnut forearm. Scope comes with caps, recoil spring, and micrometer mounts. A top-of-the-line small bore rifle from the day. J.T. CONDITION
Overall 98% with blue having some oxidation from poor storage. Wood has excellent finish with scope needing a professional cleaning. Great bore and mechanics.
