• Firearm Import License (if the hunter wants to hunt with their own personal rifle and ammo)

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• A deposit of 30% of the extra trophies required to book dates.
• This deposit will be credit towards:
Government tags per trophy, Extra Trophies, Gun Rental, Ammunition, Transfers.
Extra Trophies Not included in the Donation.
Important NOTE: Our program requires that each of the 2 hunters has to hunt a buffalo bull. Price on t he bull $10,900 per hunter. The donation is only valid for 2 hunters.
A 3O% Deposit towards the extra trophy fees outside the donation is required to apply for the Government Trophy Tags for the Season. (If the hunter don’t apply for the Tags there is a chance to be limit on the number of trophies to be harvest.) Balance must be pa id 45 days before arrival. Trophies that are not hunted will be refund.
This donation can be used in between 24 months of purchase date

GENERAL INFORMATION
Logistic:
Getting to the property, you will fly into Darwin, where you will be picked up by one of our friendly team and driven approx. 5 hours to the property.
Hunt:
Following the first day of travel and settling into the lodge, is 5 days of hunting with our guides. The structure of the days will depend entirely on what you want to hunt/target. AII our guides are knowledgeable and conditioned to hunting big game animas. We will tailor hunts to your personal fitness levels and desired outcomes. With varied options available, no two days will be the same!
The property holds a large herd of Water Buffalo, with trophy Bulls being readily available. In conjunction with this, we also have excellent numbers of Wild Boar, Scrub Bull and Donkey to hunt during your time with us. What ever your goals may be, our guides will work hard to ensure you have a memorable time on safari.
Upon the conclusion of the hunt, we will arrange for transport to take you back into Darwin. This can either be directly to the airport or accommodation in which we can arrange for you.
LODGE ACCOMMODATIONS
Your accommodation will consist of 5-star lodges, with your own private chef and king sized bedrooms boasting personal ensuites through to shared rooms, depending on the size of your booking and hunting party.
The property features pristine waterways, with fantastic Barramundi fishing opportunities! This is a fantastic way to take a break from the hunting (if you choose to do so) and wet a line, targeting one of Australia’s premier sportfish!

Delivery
The American Legion, Department of Wyoming will deliver the necessary paperwork to apply for the
issuance of the license upon receipt of full payment. The bidder is responsible for completing the
paperwork and returning it to the Wyoming Game and Fish Department for issuance.
Terms of Sale
Any bid, whether at the live auction, online or by phone, constitutes an OFFER TO PURCHASE the item
being presented at the time. Unless a higher and subsequent bid is made, your bid creates a binding
contract of purchase, obligates you to sign the bid ticket or, in the case of a phone or online bid,
authorizes the person who took the bid to sign on your behalf. Being the high bidder for an item requires
that the bid amount be paid prior to the conclusion of the auction or directly thereafter.

Auction Procedures
Online Bidding
All online bidders will be required to pay a $750 buyer’s premium plus an additional 3% credit card
administrative fee.
You will be asked to provide the following information: full name, email address, billing address, phone
number, credit card number which an address verification system (avs) is completed. Items purchased
through the online auction will be shipped by The American Legion, Department of Wyoming
representative and shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
HUNTS
The Buyer understands and agrees that it is his/her responsibility to make all arrangements for hunt or
trip dates, including travel and completion of filing of all necessary documents, including applications for
licenses and permits. The American Legion, Department of Wyoming cannot guarantee or warrant that a
trophy animal or any animal will be taken during a hunt. In no way shall The American Legion,
Department of Wyoming, its directors, officers, agents, employees, or representatives be liable for any
direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages however causes and on any
theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in
any way or form out of the Buyer’s purchase of trips, hunts, goods, services, or anything else purchased
by Buyer at auction.
