Authentic three-quarter suit of armor with closed helmet showing Alsatian crest with minor restoration. The gauntlet fingers are excellent restorations and the suit, leather and a couple of minor elements have beenMuseum quality restored. All the major elements of this suit are guaranteed authentic to the period. Even 150 years ago original suits of armor were very rare. This is a very nice suit with a good helmet worthy of an advanced collection. Shows engraved crest on lames connected to helmet. An Eastern European cross with 2 bars and a crown.
