SHOTGUN. Cal. 12 GA, 2 3/4". S# 5G75457. Bbl. 25 5/8". Model A5 "Light Twelve" semi-automatic shotgun mfg. in Belgium and imported/retailed by Browning Arms Company in 1965. Left side of bbl. is marked with Browning's importer information above "MADE IN BELGIUM" and Belgian proofs, with the cal. designation marked on the right. Standard engraving on receiver, with the addition of "Light Twelve" marked on the left side. Bbl. is numbered "031180". Round knob checkered wood buttstock and forend have been sanded and revarnished. V/R with aluminum bead front sight. CONDITION: metal components retain the majority of their blue finish, exhibiting some areas of light wear and thinning (predominately on the bbl.), as well as some scattered superficial handling marks. Mirror bore, exhibiting some firing residue throughout. Action functions appropriately when cycled by hand. Wood furniture is very good, as refinished, exhibiting a few scattered marks and minor impressions, with the buttstock exhibiting a small replaced section of wood on the underside of the wrist.
