2 x 1 Quail hunt for 2 hunters, 1 day hunt. Includes Complimentary Country Cookin’ Lunch buffet. Beaver Creek Plantation’s guides are professional, skilled, and seasoned, some having been with us for over 15 years. Our guides are personable, enthusiastic, and eager to make your experience at Beaver Creek Plantation one you will never forget! Walk among tall pines and watch our experienced bird dogs flush the Quail. At Beaver Creek Plantation, we take great pride in our hunting dogs because we know that a well-trained hunting dog can make all the difference in your hunting experience. Our primary dog handler, Jerry Webb, has been training hunting dogs for over 60 years. With training starting at 12 weeks old, our dogs exhibit impeccable pointing and retrieving. Bird cleaning and packing included. Hunting hours are from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and includes 20 birds. $10 per additional bird.
Hunt must be taken from 10/1/24 to 3/31/25 and there is no deposit required to secure dates. Hunt may be upgraded to include additional days. Hunt begins at the Beaver Creek Plantation Main Lodge in Twin City, GA.
Beaver Creek Plantation offers one of the largest quail hunting courses in the southeast with the ability to accommodate up to 28 hunters at one time. Along with 14 quail hunting courses, the plantation boasts 10 fully stocked ponds, three separate waterfront lodging facilities for up to 32 guests, and a towering full service lodge.

The following provisions will apply to bidders participating in online bidding:
1. Winner’s credit card on file will charged the full amount for each successful bid. Winner will receive an immediate email acknowledgement at the conclusion of the bidding phase followed by a paid invoice once their payment has processed.
2. In the event the card is declined, DSC Georgia will make one attempt to contact the winner to obtain a new form of payment. If the bidder cannot be reached, DSC Georgia may, in its sole and absolute discretion, re-sell the affected item. Online bidders are encouraged to remain available via cell phone during the bidding process.
3. Online winners will be assessed a Buyer's Premium of 5% on the total winning bid amount for each online purchase. The Buyer’s Premium will be included in the total charged for each item.
4. Online bidders agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of any transaction being conducted during the online auction.
5. DSC Georgia reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the online auction.
6. If bidder dissatisfaction occurs with the online auction in any way, bidder’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the online auction before items have been purchased.
7. DSC Georgia reserves the right to terminate bidder registration and use of the online auction, and impose limits on certain features of the online auction or restrict bidder access to, or use of, part or the entire online auction without notice or penalty.
8. All items sold through DSC Georgia are received from third party vendors. GOODS: All goods in the live auctions, silent auctions and raffles have been acquired or obtained from third parties. The high bidder acknowledges that the goods have not been inspected by DSC Georgia, and is advised, in the case of firearms, knives, bullets or other weapons to secure a competent inspection and test of the goods before use. The goods in the live auctions are sold “as is” with all faults and defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of DSC Georgia. DSC Georgia makes no warranties of fitness or merchantability, and expressly disclaims the same. DSC Georgia does not accept any responsibility or liability for any product, design or use. Any written warranties with respect to the goods delivered to the purchaser are those solely of the manufacturer or their agents, and shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the manufacturer. All firearms obtained for this event will be transferred in accordance with federal, state and local regulations. SERVICES: All services, hunts or otherwise, in the live auctions, silent auctions and raffles have been acquired for and are to be furnished by third parties and contain the same reservation set forth under “GOODS” above. The services in the live auctions are sold “as is” with all faults and defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of DSC Georgia. DSC Georgia makes no warranties of fitness or merchantability, and expressly disclaims the same. No services in the live auctions are to be or will be performed by DSC Georgia. DSC Georgia shall bear no responsibilities for the delivery or quality of any of the services or for any loss or damages arising from or related to or connected with the performance or non-performance of such services. The high bidder further acknowledges that in the event services are purchased, DSC Georgia cannot be responsible for or liable for any political unrest or instability that may occur outside the confines of the United States, nor can DSC Georgia be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise there from. The high bidder further acknowledges that his/her purchase is final and non-refundable under any and all circumstances, and that should legal action be required to collect for the services or merchandise acquired by the high bidder at the auction, DSC Georgia shall be entitled to all reasonable attorney’s fees, cost of court and interest as provided by law.
9. Bidder acknowledges that the online auction bidding phase is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. DSC Georgia will not be responsible for error or failures to execute bids placed via the internet, including, without limitation, errors or failures caused by (i) a loss of connection on DSC Georgia`s or bidder`s end (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online bidding software and /or (iii) a breakdown or problems with a bidder`s internet connection, computer or system. DSC Georgia does not accept liability for failure to execute any online bid or for errors or omissions in connection therewith.
10. DSC Georgia may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any goods that were affected by any malfunction.
11. Any hunt, fishing trip or membership purchased in this auction cannot be sold, raffled or bartered without the written consent of DSCGA.
