Long time donor, Sikanni River Outfitters offer this ten-day hunt for spring Black Bear for one hunter. This 1X1, guided hunt is to be scheduled for Spring 2021 (may be deferred to 2022 if the Canadian border remains closed). Hunter will hunt the area surrounding Sikanni River Ranch near Pink Mountain, British Columbia. This is a rifle hunt only. The hunt may be upgraded to include additional hunters ($5,500) and/or non-hunters ($250 per day). Transportation during this hunt may include foot travel, vehicles and/or horses. Accommodations during the hunt will be comfortable hunter cabins. Hunter is responsible for transportation to and from Fort St. John, British Columbia (airport pick-up and return is available at ($200 per round trip). Hunter is responsible for license ($180), tag ($180), non-resident Hunt Preservation Fee ($200) and GST {5%). A cities permit is required if a bear is harvested and is the hunter’s responsibility. Several Chapter members have hunted with Sikanni River. They are highly respected and recommended!

Buyer shall be solely responsible for packaging, shipping and insurance expenses and/or the expense of the transfer of firearms from a local, licensed FFL holder to a FFL holder of the buyers choice.

By submitting an electronic bid in the DSC Great Lakes Regional Chapter virtual auction on March 6, 2021, bidder acknowledges that all bids submitted are legally binding offers to purchase and, if accepted as the high bid by the auctioneer, constitutes a legally bidding contract between the bidder and the DSC – Great Lakes Regional Chapter. Once submitted, no bid may be removed. The auctioneer is the sole authority in establishing specific bid increments, the high bidder (purchaser), and the amount bid. Successful bidder acknowledges further that, should their bid be accepted as the high bid by the auctioneer, they are legally responsible to consummate the sale not later than the 12:00 a.m. the date immediately following the auction sale. All auction sales shall be considered consummated only be means of making payment in full via credit card (VISA, MasterCard or American Express). Bidder further acknowledges that all credit card purchases shall be in the amount of the high bid submitted plus a 3% bank administrative fee and that in the instance of the purchase of physical items, buyer shall be solely responsible for packaging, shipping and insurance expenses and/or the expense of the transfer of firearms from a local, licensed FFL holder to a FFL holder of the buyers choice.
Specific goods and/or services described in the official auction offering constitute the full and complete agreement between the high bidder and the DSC – Great Lakes Regional Chapter, its Board of Directors, donors and Dallas Safari Club, individually and/or collectively. The DSC – Great Lakes Regional Chapter Board of Directors reserves the right to accept or reject any bid offered on an item identified in the auction item description as having a reserve bid.
Neither the DSC - Great Lakes Regional Chapter, specific hunt donors and/or Dallas Safari Club guarantee or warrant that trophy animals of any species, or that any animals of any quality, will be taken on any hunt/trip offered for sale by means of the Chapter auction.
Consummation of an auction purchase, as described above, is an acknowledgement that the DSC – Great Lakes Regional Chapter, its Board of Directors and/or Dallas Safari Club affirm that they have not in any manner inspected good/services sold via auction. Further, buyer is advised to secure a competent inspection of firearms, archery equipment, knives, ammunition, and weapons of any manner prior to use. All goods are sold as is without any warranty of any type, of faults and/or defects of any manner. All warrantees and/or guarantees for all goods and/or services are those provided solely by specific manufactures.
All services sold by means of the auction have been secured from, and are to be provided by, third parties. No services of any kind are to be provided directly by the DSC – Great Lakes Regional Chapter or by Dallas Safari Club. DSC – Great Lakes Regional Chapter and Dallas Safari Club bear no responsibility/liability for the delivery or quality of services of any item sold by means of the auction or any loss or damage arising from, or connected to, performance or non-performance of any service purchased by means of the auction. Further, purchaser acknowledges that actions of governmental agencies, foreign or domestic, are beyond the control of the DSC – Great Lakes Regional Chapter and/or Dallas Safari Club. As such, DSC – Great Lakes Regional Chapter and Dallas Safari Club make no guarantees/warrantees related to services disrupted and/or not performed as a result of any action taken by any governmental agency.
