28 bore, 12.25" barrel, NSN. Bright finish with full walnut stock. Brass ramrod tip, ramrod pipe, sideplate, triggerguard, and buttcap. Steel belt hook. Flat lockplate with reinforced cock, round integral pan, and bridled frizzen. Lockplate marked "TOWER" rear of cock with "[crown]/GR" and "[crown]/[broad arrow]" along with fine line engravings. Interior of lockplate marked with "[crown]/2" with matching mating marks to belt hook. Stock shows acceptance markings including "[crown]/1800" and "[crown]/2", with barrel showing additional British proofs and acceptance marks. **Very good condition. Barrels have a pewter patination with some scattered oxidation. Stock has some handling marks and blemishes with ramrod tip being glued on. Brass has a dull luster.
