SN: 85283M71. Gas operated semi-automatic sporting rifle chambered in .7mm Rem. Mag., manufactured in Belgium by Fabrique Nationale circa 1971. Features a lustrous blued finish, 24" tapered barrel, ramped blade front sight with brass bead, adjustable folding leaf rear sight, Redfield 3X-9X scope installed on a two-piece Buehler bases, smooth trigger, alloy trigger guard with cross-bolt safety, hinged floorplate, steel receiver with light scroll engraving with images of bear, & big horn sheep, point checkered walnut forend, and semi-pistol grip shoulder stock with factory recoil pad. Rifle retains approximately 95% of its original blued finish showing some light scratches, mostly on the left receiver. Action is smooth, the bore is excellent/bright, the optics are clear with fine crosshair reticle and the wood stocks are very good with minor scratches. Nice brown leather sling attached.
