This is a chance to experience adventure in Spain with Cazatur, that has celebrated their 40th anniversary in 2017. This donation is for one trophy fee for a Iberian red deer, European fallow deer, or Iberian Mouflon sheep for a 4 days hunt. Hunt must be taken in 2020 or 2021. Included in this hunt are professional hunter 1x1 guide/interpreter, transportation during the hunt, reception at the international airport in Madrid, assistance with clearance of guns, all medal class surcharges, a welcome dinner at Paloma and Eduardo Araoz's home or in a traditional Spanish restaurant in Madrid, accommodations not included at a 16th century lodge near a 200 B.C. Roman water dam in the vicinity of the "Imperial City" of Toledo and a four-day sightseeing program for the observer (if desired). This hunt can be upgraded with more days and additional species: four types of Spanish ibex ($8,100 each), Cantabrian chamois ($4,400), Pyrenean chamois ($4,400), Roe deer ($4,300) or Barbary sheep ($6,150). This hunt can be combined with a three-day VIP driven Red-legged partridge hunt at the Ventosilla Castle and estate. Not included in this donation are all government fees, hunting license ($300), export permits ($200/trophy) and 21% V.A.T. tax on total donation value. Purchaser is responsible for the daily rate $700/hunter, and $430 for non-hunter. Prices are based on an exchange rate of 1.20 US $/Euro and will be adjusted if necessary. Proceeds from the sale of this item are designated for the HSC-PAC. Contributions are not deductible for Federal income tax purposes. Contributions will be used in connection with a federal election and directed to campaigns and candidates that support pro-hunting legislation and policy. In compliance with Federal law, the HSC-PAC must use its best efforts to obtain, maintain and submit the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 during an election cycle. An individual may not contribute more than a total of $5,000 per election to the HSC-PAC. Federal law prohibits contributions to the committee from the general treasury funds of a corporation, labor organizations or national banks (including corporate or other business entity credit cards), from any person contributing another's funds, from a Federal government contractor, or from a foreign national who lacks permanent resident status. No merchandise items will be shipped until HSCF receives confirmation of full payment. Merchandise will be shipped within thirty (30) days after auction closes and payment confirmation is verified.

Our mission: Preserving the sport of hunting through education, conservation and the promotion of our hunting heritage.
Houston Safari Club Foundation (HSCF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to preserve the sport of hunting through education, conservation and the promotion of our hunting heritage. Our members come from a diverse background and have a wide variety of hunting, fishing, outdoor and other interests. But they all have one thing in common-their passion for the outdoors, a love of hunting, a commitment to the responsible management of our national resources, the education of future generations and the responsibilities of being hunter-conservationists.
How do we effect change? HSCF has awarded 525 scholarships totaling $2.25 million dollars. We conduct youth outdoor education programs, career training, hunter education and field experiences throughout the year. HSCF has provided over $3.7 million in grants for hunter-funded conservation initiatives including research, habitat protection, species proliferation, wildlife management, water projects, urban sprawl projects, anti-poaching campaigns and other efforts.

HSC collaborates with legislators, key opinion leaders, policy groups, professional organizations and governments at home and abroad.
Live Auction Rules
§ When bidding from the floor, raise your hand high and, if necessary, stand to get the attention of the auctioneer or one of his spotters.
§ The auctioneer and his staff are responsible for the auction. Their rules must be followed explicitly. All decisions of the auctioneer will be final. Auctioneer and staff will decide any disputes regarding the bids during the live auction.
§ Asking questions ahead of time is encouraged. speak with the donor, visit their booth (if they are an exhibitor) and check their references. HSCF supports and promotes hunts and trips from donors who are members in good standing with their local and national hunting associations.
§ Some items, as components of donated hunts, may or may not be included unless specified. This may pertain to travel expenses to and from destination; hotel and meals before and after the hunt; alcoholic beverages; trophy dipping, packaging and shipping; gratuities and other items. Please review the details for each auction item.
§ Most hunt donations, unless otherwise specified, are for the 2019 season. All trips, unless otherwise specified, expire January 31, 2020. Special arrangements other than as set forth in the auction description are expressly between the donor and the auction winner.
§ Some non-hunt donations may require delivery and installation at your expense.
§ It is the bidder’s responsibility to read the HSCF Disclaimer of Liability for Goods & Services. By bidding on any auction item, whether in person or online, the bidder agrees that they have read, understand and agree to the HSCF Disclaimer of Liability.
