SCI Hunter of the Year (2017) Dan Adler, owner of Diamond Outfitters, is donating a 5-day Arizona Coues deer hunt for two hunters. Diamond Outfitters is extremely passionate about hunting Coues deer and is the largest Coues deer outfitter in the world. A Coues deer hunt is truly one of the most fun and unique deer hunts in North America. Diamond Outfitters has a 90% repeat booking rate for this donation and opportunity rate on a Coues buck has been near 100% for this hunt.Your outfitter for this hunt is well respected within the SCI community. Diamond Outfitters is the largest Veteran owned guide service in North America. In addition to being the owner of Diamond Outfitters, Dan Adler has been one of the most sought after outfitters/speakers every year at the SCI National Convention. This 5-day Coues deer hunt can be taken anytime you coordinate with Dan all the way to 2027! Method of take is a muzzleloader but can be upgraded to rifle for $500 per hunter. Additional upgrades available for this hunt include 1x1 hunter to guide ratio (donation is 2x1), 7-days (donation is 5-days), just ask Dan about these options. Bonus animal: a mountain lion trophy fee is now included (normally $4,000) should one be glassed up incidental to Coues hunting (no dogs). Dan's clients have harvested deer into the 110's, 120's and in December of 2013 one SCI member's buck tipped the tape at 140 7/8 typical!

DATES: This donation is good for available dates October through December 2022 to 2027.
INCLUDED: Guides (hunter to Guide ratio is 2:1), meals including non-alcoholic beverages and snacks, lodging in either heated canvas cabin tents, trailers, or heated wall tents, private property and ranch access fees if required, USFS and BLM permits, tax, trophy fees for one Coues deer and one mountain lion per hunter; field transportation during the hunt, field processing and delivery to the local butcher and taxidermist (if needed).
ACCOMMODATIONS: Heated canvas cabin tents, trailers, or heated wall tents.
NOT INCLUDED: Arizona License at $160 per hunter, the deer tag at $350 per hunter, mountain lion tag at $75 per hunter, $45 application fee per hunter and if available roundtrip transportation from Phoenix or Tucson airport $250 per hunter. A draw is required, outfitter will complete all draw paperwork. Historical first year draw odds, over 85%.

Shipping arrangements and payments are to be made solely by the winning bidder with the shipper of their choice. CA WSF assumes no responsibility or liability of shipped items. No hard item merchandise will be delivered to buyers until CA WSF bank confirms full payment has been received. All hard item merchandise may not be shipped until 30 days after the close of auction. Any item not paid for or claimed after payment will be returned to CA WSF for disposition.

Online Auction Terms and Conditions of California Wild Sheep Foundation
California Wild Sheep Foundation (“CA WSF”), is a 501-(c)(3) non-profit organization and was formed to promote and enhance increasing populations of indigenous wild sheep to California, to safeguard against the decline or extinction of such species, and to fund programs for professional management of these populations, keeping all administrative costs to a minimum. The items, trips, and “Conservation Permits” being offered for sale were allocated to CA WSF by the California Dept of Fish and Wildlife and the Alaska Dept of Fish and Game and other third parties.

All sales are final. No returns will be accepted. Winning bidder authorizes California Wild Sheep Foundation (CA WSF) to charge their credit card for the full amount of the winning bid upon close of the auction. Payments will not be accepted from any third parties outside of a successful qualified bidder nor may the responsibility for any transaction be transferred to a third party.
Auction Shipping Information
Shipping arrangements and payments are the responsibility of the winning bidder. CA WSF assumes no responsibility or liability of shipped items. No merchandise items will be shipped until CA WSF receives confirmation of full payment. Merchandise will be shipped within thirty (30) days after auction closes and payment confirmation is verified.
Auction Terms and Conditions Live Auction Rules
Auctioneer and staff will decide any disputes regarding the bids during the live auction.
Donors are not allowed to bid on their own donations nor have any agent bid on their behalf. If the Auctioneer recognizes such bidding or is advised of the same he may withdraw any or all items donated by the offender.
Some of the items on the donated hunts that are usually not included unless specified are:
A. Travel expenses to and from destination
B. Hotel and meals before and after the hunt and/or trip
C. Licenses, tags or permits.
D. Trophy dipping, packaging and shipping.
E. Alcoholic Beverages
F. Gratuities
Most hunts, unless otherwise noted, are for the upcoming season. All trips, unless otherwise noted, expire within one year of the auction. Special arrangements other than as set forth on the auction list are expressly between the donor and yourself.
Some non-hunt donations will require delivery at your expense. Any firearms that may be included in the auction are subject to all state and federal laws. Transactions for these items will be handled by an approved FFL provider. The FFL provider information will be sent to the winning bidder for completion of transfer.
Payment for auction items may be deductible as business expenses but are not deductible as charitable donations for Federal Income Tax purposes. Please consult your tax advisor and the IRS for more information.
Disclaimer of Liability
Goods:
All goods in the live auction, silent auction and special drawings have been acquired or obtained from third parties. The high bidder acknowledges that the goods have not been inspected by CA WSF and is advised, in the case of firearms, knives, ammunition, or other items, to secure a competent inspection and test of the goods before use. The goods in the live auction are sold “as is” with all faults and defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of CA WSF which makes no warranties of fitness or merchantability, and expressly disclaims the same. CA WSF does not accept any responsibility or liability for any design or use. Any written warranties with respect to the goods delivered to the purchaser are those solely of the manufacturer or their agents, and shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the manufacturer. All firearms obtained for this event will be transferred in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations and adhere to any pertaining FFL regulations.
Services:
All services, hunts or otherwise, in the live auction, silent auction and special drawings have been acquired from and are supplied by third parties and contain the same reservation set forth under “GOODS” above. No services in the live auction are to be or will be performed by CA WSF whom shall bear no responsibility for the delivery or quality of any of the services or for any loss or damage arising from or related to or connected with the performance or nonperformance of such services. The high bidder further acknowledges that in the event services are purchased, CA WSF cannot be responsible or liable for any political unrest or instability that may occur outside the confines of the United States, nor can CA WSF be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise there from. The high bidder further acknowledges that his purchase is final and nonrefundable under any and all circumstances, and that should legal action be required to collect for these services acquired by the high bidder at the auction, CA WSF shall be entitled to all reasonable attorney’s fees, costs of court, and interest as provided by law.
CA WSF is not responsible for any delays or difficulties in bidding related to internet connectivity, server or any hardware or internet related issues.
