The Volunteers at the RMEF Roseburg chapter in Oregon have conducted the production of a fantastic hunting rifle! Manners Composite Stocks donated a Remington 700 Elite Hunter, and Curt’s Custom Guns donated the gunsmithing bringing it to a .280 Ackley and donated the Pacific Tool & Gauge bolt. Benchmark Barrels donated the stainless, fluted barrel. Jewell Triggers, Inc. donated a Remington trigger, and Pacific Tool & Gauge donated the rest of the required hardware. Talley Mfg. donated the Remington scope mounts, and Leupold donated a XVIII 4.5x14 scope. Nosler even donated two boxes of 150-grain bullets, and Brandon Anderson finished off the package by donating a rifle case. This is truly a team effort! And one fantastic hunting rifle!

Auction Terms of Sale
The auctioneer has final authority on the amount bid for any item and/or the identity of the purchaser of any item. By bidding on an item or service, you are entering into a legal binding contract to purchase that item or service. All sales are final.
Buyer’s Premium and Sales Tax

Firearms
All firearms will be shipped from RMEF headquarters in Missoula, MT to an FFL (Federal Firearms License) dealer of the winner/buyer’s choice. It is the responsibility of any raffle winner or auction buyer to make arrangements with the FFL and to know the local firearms laws. Before taking possession, the winner/buyer will be required to complete a background check. If for any reason the winner/buyer is not eligible to receive the firearm, it is not the responsibility of RMEF to provide an alternate or to issue any refunds.
Hunts and Trips
Additional expenses not included in donated hunts and trips may include but are not limited to gratuity, taxes, taxidermy, transportation, meat packaging and processing, and shipping.
Tax Deductions/IRS
The market value or estimated fair market value will be provided for each auction item. IRS rules permit a charitable contribution for the amount paid in excess of fair market value. Only that part of the payment made with the intention of making a gift and for which the taxpayer receives no consideration qualifies as a contribution. Please consult your tax advisor regarding the tax deductibility of any item purchased at auction.
