Join new donor Peter Martin and Kapriver Retrievers and Outfitters on a SIX (6) DAY TIMBER WOLF HUNT for ONE HUNTER. This hunt will take place in the far reaches of Northern Ontario, where timber wolves are extremely wary, silent, smooth, seemingly shy and extremely difficult to hunt. Peter has spent decades scouting thousands of square miles of bush country in pursuit of the “Grey Ghost of the North” and has developed a unique hunting system over the last 25 years that produces results. This is a truly unique hunting experience that takes place in the winter months of December through March when the snow is deep. Bait sites are widely scattered throughout the region in some of the finest wolf country in Northeastern Ontario. Accommodations will be in the outfitters eight-bedroom home. The hunt will take place in 2018 or 2019, and the hunter may harvest a second wolf for $500.00. Extra days can be added ($500/day), non-hunters are welcome for $1500, and extra hunters are encouraged for $3000.00. This is a rifle hunt and includes trophy fee for one (1) timber wolf, six (6) guided hunting for one (1) hunter, lodging, meals and alcohol in moderation. Not included is airfare, transfers, transportation during the hunt (client must provide their own vehicle to and from hunting area), field and trophy prep, transportation to shipper, taxidermy, license fee ($410.00), capping fee ($100.00), weapons permit ($25.00), tips and gratuiites.
