The Eastern Chapter WSF is proud to offer this Canadian Wolf Pelt from the Province of British Columbia to our Saturday Night Live Auction. At the 2024 Eastern Chapter Board of Director’s meeting, where Grant in Aid (GIA) requests are approved, the Chapter approved a long-term GIA Commitment to the Guides & Outfitters Association of British Columbia (GOABC) to provide a $25,000.00 GIA ($5,000.00 for 5-years) which started in 2024. This GIA provides funds for their ungulate (i.e., a hoofed mammal) enhancement program. The ungulate enhancement program is designed to provide funding to help control predators throughout British Columbia. In return, the GOABC provided the Eastern Chapter WSF with a Canadian Wolf Pelt to help raise money to support this worthy GIA.
It would be awesome and the ECWSF is requesting that the high bidder allow the Wolf Pelt to remain with the Chapter and be auctioned again at our 35th Anniversary EXPO in 2026. The ECWSF will then raise more dollars to support our GOABC – GIA.
