Prepare yourself for an unforgettable experience in a wild and spectacular corner of BC. This 12 day, 1:1 hunt will take you by horseback into one of the oldest guide territories in BC. Golden Bear Outfitting area has a history of guide outfitting that dates back to the late 1800s.
This pristine 7,000 square mile area is home to many big game species, including a resident caribou population. Late September and early October is the rut for the caribou, which means they group at lower elevations and you will see a larger selection of animals. Trophy field preparation is included, and they will make sure your trophy and meat get to the local expediter to ship home.
Additional species such as moose, mountain goat, grizzly, black bear or wolf can be taken on a trophy fee basis on special arrangement with guide outfitter Greg Williams. Licences, tags, royalties, and Hunting Preservation Fund are not included. The charter flight into hunting camp, which is normally an additional $1,500 USD, has been generously included in this donation.
Accommodations are cabins and wall tents. All meals are provided. The area is also home to excellent fishing in our many lakes and rivers. If you finish your hunt early, you are welcome to fish as much as you’d like. A non-hunter may enjoy this experience with you for $250 USD per day.
