.52 bore 11" octagonal barrels, NSN. Browned finish with checkered half stocks. Barrels may have been plated at one time. Bead front sights with rear sight blocks. German silver mounts with brass-tipped wood ramrods. Top of barrels marked "BOSTON". Back-action locks marked "WILMOT".  The pair in a unique felt-lined case with padded lid. Accessories include a receipt from a London port for a Captain C. Lewis of the Belle of the Sea, for 62 bags of linseed to be delivered to the West Indies, and a receipt from Providence for a delivery of 264 cases of shellac. **Very good condition overall. Some moderate wear to original finish with a brown patina in exposed areas. One hammer shows a period repair. Some handling marks and blemishes to stocks which show original varnish. Case shows some wear and a minor piece of broken trim, included in the box.** $5,000-$7,000
