Charles Boswell side by side shotgun, 12 gauge, serial #14987. The shotgun is in very good to nearly fine condition with 27” barrels. The barrels feature a full-length filed rib with an ivory bead front sight.The barrel address indicates, “CHARLES BOSWELL MAKER 126 STRAND LONDON W.C.” The receiver is beautifully scroll engraved with 70% coverage and shows significant muted case color. The finely checkered wood stocksfeature beautiful figure and grain, particularly in the butt stock. The butt stock has a Prince of Wales style pistol grip as well. The beaver tail fore end fits well in the hand, while the butt stock features a blank escutcheon plate and ends with a Silver’s style red rubber pad providing a 14 5/8” LOP to the front trigger. The bores are very good, the action is crisp and markings sharp on this desirable English side by sideby a premium London maker. Est.: $2000-$4000. (C+R).

Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
