Hunters Choice African Safari! - The winning bidder will select one of the two following offerings – Hunt Dates available in 2024 or 2025.
1) 5 day Kalahari Safari in the Northwest Province of South Africa. Hunt includes all day rates, meals and lodging along with trophy fees for Gemsbok, Blue Wildebeest, Duiker, and Impala. Additional days and game can be added at outfitter published rates. This area is known as the Kalahari and is a semi desert area which is very sandy, making it well suited for plains game and all of the big five.

2) 5 day Coastal Safari in the Eastern Cape of South Africa. Hunt includes all day rates, meals, lodging along with trophy fees for Nyala, Duiker, Blesbuck, and Impala. Also included is a 1 day excursion to Addo National Elephant Park. Additional days and game can be added at outfitter published rates.
This different eco system provides the opportunity to hunt many different species that are not available in the arid desert of the Northwest. Weather you are after select species or just a different climate, the famous Eastern Cape is a must see destination. Beautiful lodging and large tracts of game rich land offer the great opportunity to hunt coastal Africa.
Included is transportation from Airport to Camp and back with all required ground transportation, luxury room, all meals and moderate drinks, Professional Hunter, tracker, skinner and laundry service. Trophy field preparation for transport to taxidermist and exporter also included.

No services covered by the invoice are to or will be performed by BMCSCI. THE BMCSCI SHALL BEAR NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DELIVERY OF QUALITY OF ANY SUCH SERVICES OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM, RELATED TO OR CONNECTED WITH THE PERFORMANCE OR NON-PERFORMANCE OF SUCH SERVICES. THE PURCHASER FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT IN THE EVENT SERVICES PURCHASED ARE OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES, BMCSCI CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY POLITICAL UNREST OR INSTABILITY THAT MAY OCCUR OUTSIDE THE CONFINES OF THE UNITED STATES NOR CAN BMCSCI BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR ANY INJURIES OR DAMAGES THAT MAY ARISE THEREFROM. Shipping on all items will be the responsibility of the buyer.
This invoice and the terms and conditions hereto apply to and are binding on the heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns of both parties. This invoice contained the entire agreement between the parties and cannot be changed except buy a routing instrument subsequently executed by the parties thereto.
By bidding you agree to the following: "I have read the matter above and agree to hold the BMCSCI harmless and indemnify against any claims and demands which presently or in the future arise form or are connected with the goods and/or services covered by this transaction."
