Tom lives in Idaho Falls, ID. His artistic ability was developed virtually from infancy, and he considers it a “God-given talent”. This beautifully framed print is #143 out of #500 and has long been sold out. In 1992 and again in 1998, Tom was chosen as “Artist of the Year” by the Wild Sheep Foundation.
