Colt 1851 “U.S.N.” marked Navy Revolver, S/N 89595 with large USN no periods in second purchase range. “CGC” marked on the bottom of the left grip and “I” over “G.W.R.” on the right. Light to moderate scattered pittingand erosion with the heavier pitting on the left side near the lug and wedge area. All matching visible numbers. 10%-20% cylinder scene remains. The grips are fair to good with storage dents, mars and wear consistantwith military issue and storage. The action is sound. N.R.A. good overall. A desirable and authentic Navy-Navy.
