Colt 3rd Model Hartford-London Dragoon S/N 677 showing London address and British proofs. Remaining in good overall condition showing a brown to gray patina with slight to moderate pitting. The cylinder shows manydings along with some slightly heavy pitting. The barrel address and patent marking are good and clear. The grips show minor refinishing and are slightly undersized from cleaning and sanding. The nipples arereplaced. The numbers match but the cylinder number is not visible but fully proofed and appear to be the original to this Dragoon. Approximately half of the approximate 600 of this variation were returned to the U.S. from London and a number sold by Grubb in Philadelphia with several being documented to use by Officers in Civil War. Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
