Colt Model 1851 Navy revolver early London small brass guard variation and cut for shoulder stock with 4 screw frame, London address, S/N 1951. This revolver has been lightly cleaned to gray metal with goodaddress and Colt’s patent marking. Some minor pitting mostly on the edge of the cylinder but shows 20%-30% light cylinder scene and British proofs on the barrel and cylinder. 50%-70% silver on straps with very good grips showing light re-varnish but no sanding and fit impeccably. Very tight mechanically with all the safety pins retained and bright bore. A seldom scene variation within a variation as very few small guard Londons had fourscrews for stocks. Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
