This donation is for 2 hunters on a 2 on one hunt and 2 observers.It is sure to be an exciting hunt on a rocky, reedy river, hoping to catch a crocodile sunning itself, perhaps on the dam.
The hunting season is from 1st of March 2017 to the 30 November 2017 or 2018.
* The donation is for the duration of 7 days. The 7 hunting days will be on concessions of Africa Maximum Safaris in the North west Province of South Africa. Accommodation will be at Africa Maximum Safaris main camp.
* If trophies are taken early, client will not be required to suspend the duration of 6 days the hunt is for.
* The hunt may be upgraded, either extra hunters or observers at normal rates (as per price list), extra trophies to be hunted, extra days booked either on hunting or touring, as client wishes to tailor the package. Please consult with the outfitter on any upgrades to the package.
* Trophies donated - Crocodile x 1, to be shared by the hunters.
Hunters can upgrade the hunt to take a Cape Buffalo @ $ 8000 or a Sable @ $ 5900.00 This is at a 40% discount from our normal listed price. Please contact the outfitter to book the upgrades in advance.
This hunt is only available for the 2017/2018 season.
* Included in the donation is field preparation of trophies, dipping and shipping is not included in the donation.
* The arrival and departure point will be Johannesburg OR Tambo International Airport. If client choose to charter to the hunt camp arrangemnets can be made, the charter cost will be additional.
* No permit drawing or lottery is required for this hunt.
* All transportation during the hunt is included and all transportation is done by vehicle.
* This donation excludes the arrival and departure days cost. Arrival and departure days are charged @ US $ 220.00 per person per day.
The arrival and departure day cost includes the airport transfer fee and the accommodation on the arrival night. This is a non negotiable charge on all donation packages with Africa Maximum Safaris.
* Weapons to be used: Rifle or bow only - 30-06 caliber and bigger. The limitation on the ammunition is 200 rounds per gun. Alternative weapon to bring is a shotgun for bird shooting.
* An export permit from the United States is required to bring any weapons in to South Africa. At South African Customs the gun owner will supply necessary import permit on which a temporary firearm license will be issued.
* Value of this donation is $19 470.00.
Terms and conditions:
* The hunt donation is a donation to the organization in good will for the bettering of African wildlife and conservation. It is given in spirit of conservation thru sustainable utilization.
* Hunters cannot use 2 donation hunt packages in the same calendar year or back to back.
* The package is not a hunt credit and cannot be exchanged towards another package or species included in the package credited towards other species or exchanged towards other species or activities.
* The package will be used as specified. Any additions will be charged at the regular price list for the year the hunt is taken.
* The conditions as stipulated in the package is binding and final.

BIDDER AUTHORIZES MABC-SCI TO CHARGE BIDDER’S CREDIT CARD FOR THE FULL AMOUNT OF EACH SUCCESSFUL BID PLACED BY BIDDER IMMEDIATELY UPON THE CLOSE OF EACH INDIVIDUAL SALE.
All sales are final. NO RETURNS OF MERCHANDISE WILL BE ACCEPTED. Bidders paying by credit card require prior approval and will be charged an additional 4% Credit Card/Transaction Fee. No payments will under any circumstances be accepted from any third party not being a successful qualified Bidder. Bidders’ names and addresses may not be changed after date of sale.

The following provisions will apply to Bidders participating in online bidding:
1. Online Bidders must complete an online registration for approval. A credit card must be provided. You must also provide the CVV security code for the registered Credit Card.
2. This is an auction with reserve. Successful bids must meet the established reserve amount, if any, to win the item. The highest bidder’s credit card on file will be charged the full amount of each successful bid (that meets the established reserve).
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The highest bidder is subject to a 4% Credit Card/Transaction fee. This is added onto the value of the winning lot.
3. Online Bidders agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of any transaction being conducted during the online auction.
4. Mid-Atlantic Bowhunters Chapter of Safari Club International reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the online auction.
5. If Bidder dissatisfaction occurs with the online auction in any way, Bidder’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the online auction before items have been purchased. Users agree that any arbitration or remedies sought in any way will be initiated within the closest local jurisdiction within the Commonwealth of Virginia.
6. Mid-Atlantic Bowhunters Chapter of Safari Club International reserves the right to terminate Bidder registration and use of the online auction, and impose limits on certain features of the online auction or restrict Bidder access to, or use of, part or the entire online auction without notice or penalty.
7. ALL ITEMS SOLD THROUGH MID-ATLANTIC BOWHUNTERS CHAPTER OF SAFARI CLUB INTERNATIONAL ARE RECEIVED FROM THIRD PARTY VENDORS.
SERVICES: ALL SERVICES, HUNTS OR OTHERWISE, IN THE LIVE AUCTIONS, HAVE BEEN ACQUIRED FOR AND ARE TO BE FURNISHED BY THIRD PARTIES AND CONTAIN THE SAME RESERVATION SET FORTH UNDER “GOODS” ABOVE. THE SERVICES IN THE LIVE AUCTIONS ARE SOLD “AS IS” WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS, AND WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THE PART OF MABC-SCI. Mid-Atlantic Bowhunters Chapter of Safari Club International will not be responsible for error or failures to execute bids placed via the internet, including, without limitation, errors or failures caused by (i) a loss of connection on Mid-Atlantic Bowhunters Chapter of Safari Club International`s or Bidder`s end (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online bidding software and /or (iii) a breakdown or problems with a Bidder`s internet connection, computer or system. Mid-Atlantic Bowhunters Chapter of Safari Club International does not accept liability for failure to execute any online bid or for errors or omissions in connection therewith.
10. Mid-Atlantic Bowhunters Chapter of Safari Club International may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any goods that were affected by any malfunction.
11. Mid-Atlantic Bowhunters Chapter of Safari Club International reserves the right to terminate Bidder registration and use of the online auction of any particular Bidder without notice to said Bidder or penalty.
