LODGES AND SERVICE
We’ll meet you at Santiago del Estero Airport and drive you to La Pichona or Charca Lodge, just about 20 miles from the city.
Dove hunting takes place in our fields, about 7 miles from the lodge, in which pigeon and “charata” can also be shot and golden “dorado” fished according to the season. Paso de Oscares Duck House, our new lodge in the duck hunting area is about two hours’ drive from La Pichona and Charca Lodges.
The lodges comfortably accommodate up to sixteen people, offering a pleasant
stay. All rooms (double or triple) with private bathroom, and air conditioning, as well as heating. Free wi-fi available. Heated swimming-pool.
All the meals, made by our chef, give our guests the chance to taste the best Argentinean beef and wines, as well as the daily hunt.
We can book hotel and shuttle service in Buenos Aires to avoid loss of time and inconvenience on arrival and make all the necessary arrangements if you wished to visit the city or enjoy a Dinner Tango Show.
ACCESS
Once you arrive in Buenos Aires (Ezeiza International Airport), you’ll need a domestic flight to Santiago del Estero, departing from Aeroparque Newbery. The connection between airports takes about one hour. You can take a regular shuttle or we can offer a private service with English-speaking guide, who will give airport assistance if necessary, which we highly recommend.
Flights to SDE are operated by Aerolineas Argentinas and depart daily in the afternoon, while return to BUE is after breakfast.
On arrival in Argentina, you need to land in BUE before 12:00pm to catch the BUE-SDE flight without inconvenience. American Airlines, United Airlines and Latam are the most frequently used by our American visitors.

The person or group that purchases one of our hunting/fishing programs thru this means, will accept the regulations detailed below, by the mere act of making the payment.
Date reservation
• To book a hunting date, the party will wire USD 1,500 in order to have the chosen date blocked. This will be on the members’ accounts to be refunded in shells or other. This money is non- transferable to other members of the party (either hunters or non-hunters) or refundable in case a hunter decides not to take the hunting/fishing trip.
• If additional hunters want to join in, they will pay the regular price of the program at the moment of the reservation.
• Non-hunters joining the group will be charged USD500 for the services of accommodation, full-boarding and drives airport – lodge – airport in SDE. This will be paid beforehand to book place.
• Payments will be made cash or by a domestic bank wire transfer (standard or zelle).
• Payments are non-refundable.
Change of date
• If a change of date is required up to 60 days before scheduled arrival date, no penalty will be charged if the hunting is rescheduled during the same season. If it is rescheduled for the next season, a USD 1,500 penalty charge will be added.
• If a change of date is required less than 60 days before scheduled arrival date, USD 1,000 will be charged as penalty if the hunting is rescheduled during the same season. If it is rescheduled for the next season, a USD 1,500 penalty charge will be added.
• For a second change of date USD 1,000 will be charged.
• In case of change/s of date, the not-included services will be charged according to the rates prevailing when the hunting takes place.
Cancellation
• If a hunting trip is cancelled after purchase, 100% of it will be
withheld.
Payments at the lodges
• Hunt rates are expressed in American dollars.
• Credit cards, personal checks and traveler checks are not accepted at the lodge at the moment. All payments will be made cash in American dollars, without exception.
Included services
• Reception at SDE airport. Shuttle airport-lodge-airport. Full boarding, drinks and snacks. Lodging in double and triple rooms. Wi-Fi. Drives to all hunting spots. Professional guides.
Not-included services
• Air fares. Shotguns and shells. Hunting permits. Personal hunting equipment. Phone calls. Laundry service. Massage sessions.
• Bird boys and house staff gratuities.
• Any other service not stated in the “Included services” list of your program detail.
• Upgrading to single room: +USD150 per person (subject to
availability).
Not-used services
• If a client decides not to make use of any of the services included in the hunt purchased, that service will not be refunded.
