Fully-operational gas-operated semi-automatic large caliber prototype rifle chambered in 12.7x99mm Browning Machine Gun. Built by Ralf Dieckman of Dieckmann True Position, Inc. in Prescott, Arizona. Mr. Dieckmann is an experienced firearms designed who has worked for Heckler & Koch, Sturm Ruger and McMillan. This rifle was created in the early 1990’s to satisfy the demand for semi-automatic .50 BMG rifle by the McMillan company, though they never pick-up the design. The 35lb target rifle features a black finish, heavy 29” barrel with McMillan 98A four chamber brake, floating gas system with dual extension springs, vertically locking & horizontally reciprocating wedge type breech block, M-14 folding bipod, installed optic rail, smooth wide trigger, cross-bolt safety, Barrett 10 round magazine, folding cylindrical charging handle on the left side of the receiver, steel receiver, A2 style pistol grip and black fiberglass shoulder stock with foam cheek rest. Includes a video of the rifle firing 10 rounds, literature from Mr. Dieckmann, extra gas bushings, barrel removal tool, pistol wrench, a dummy .50 cal cartridge, and a dowel disassembly aid. Rifle retains approximately 98% of its original finish showing light scattered handling marks and wear. Action is sound, the bore is excellent and the synthetic stocks are very good. Condition is NRA Excellent. ***Modern Firearm***
