You will negotiate the challenging war zone course with anti-tank obstacles, drop offs and a crystal-clear spring fed creek fording in the middle of the amazing Ox Ranch, an amazing 18,000-acre exotic game ranch. This package also includes 40 rounds of the M60E4 Machine Gun, the soviet-era machine gun that has proven itself reliable in most all extreme conditions. Once there, you can upgrade your package to include an endless list of guns, high explosives, artillery and tanks. This package is for one tank driver, but can bring up to four riders. Shipping arrangements and payments are the responsibility of the winning bidder. CCA assumes no responsibility or liability of shipped items. No merchandise items will be shipped until CCA receives confirmation of full payment. Merchandise will be shipped within thirty (30) days after auction closes and payment confirmation is verified.

The following provisions will apply to bidders participating in online bidding:
1. Winner’s credit card on file will be charged the full amount for each successful bid. Winner will receive an email acknowledgment at the conclusion of the bidding phase followed by a paid invoice once their payment has processed.
2. In the event the card is declined, CCA will make one attempt to contact the winner to obtain a new form of payment. If the bidder cannot be reached, CCA may, in its sole and absolute discretion, re-sell the affected item. Online bidders are encouraged to remain available via cell phone during the bidding process.
3. Online winners will be assessed a Buyer's Premium (5% or $250, whichever is less) on the total winning bid amount for each online purchase. The Buyer’s Premium will be included in the total charged for each item.
4. Online bidders agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of any transaction being conducted during the online auction.
5. Coastal Conservation Association reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the online auction.
6. If bidder dissatisfaction occurs with the online auction in any way, bidder’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the online auction before items have been purchased.
7. CCA reserves the right to terminate bidder registration and use of the online auction, and impose limits on certain features of the online auction or restrict bidder access to, or use of, part or the entire online auction without notice or penalty.
8. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY FOR COASTAL CONSERVATION ASSOCIATION
GOODS: All goods in the live auctions and silent auctions have been acquired or obtained from third parties. The high bidder acknowledges that the goods have not been inspected by CCA and is advised, in the case of firearms, knives, bullets, or other weapons to secure a competent inspection and test of the goods before use. GOODS ARE SOLD “AS IS” WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS AND WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THE PART OF CCA. CCA MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM THE SAME. CCA does not accept any responsibility or liability for any product, design or use. Any written warranties with respect to the goods delivered to the purchaser are those solely of the manufacturer or their agents and shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the manufacturer. All firearms obtained for this event will be transferred in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. SERVICES: All services (hunts or otherwise) in the live auctions and silent auctions have been acquired from and are to be furnished by third parties and contain the same reservation set forth under “GOODS” above. SERVICES ARE SOLD “AS IS” WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS AND WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THE PART OF CCA. CCA MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS THE SAME. No services are to be or will be performed by CCA and shall bear no responsibility for the delivery or quality of any of the services or for any loss or damages arising from or related to or connected with the performance or non-performance of such services. The high bidder further acknowledges that in the event services are purchased, CCA cannot be responsible for or liable for any political unrest, epidemic or instability that may occur inside or outside the confines of the United States, nor can CCA be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise therefrom. The high bidder further acknowledges that his/her purchase is final and non-refundable under any and all circumstances, and that should legal action be required to collect for the services acquired by the high bidder at the auction, CCA shall be entitled to all reasonable attorney’s fees, cost of court and interest as provided by law.
9. Bidder acknowledges that the online auction bidding phase is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. CCA will not be responsible for error or failures to execute bids placed via the internet, including, without limitation, errors or failures caused by (i) a loss of connection on CCA or bidder`s end (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online bidding software and /or (iii) a breakdown or problems with a bidder`s internet connection, computer or system. CCA does not accept liability for failure to execute any online bid or for errors or omissions in connection therewith.
10. CCA may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding, and re-sell any goods that were affected by any malfunction.
