Experience the stunning South Island of New Zealand with an exclusive holiday package at our Queensbury Lodge, designed specifically for husbands and wives. This five-day, 1x1 red stag hunt accommodates two hunters and two non-hunters. It includes trophy fees for one red stag up to 375 inches for each hunter, a scenic helicopter flight through New Zealand's famous mountainous fjords with a freshly caught lobster lunch, private vineyard tours through the renowned Otago Wine Region, and a personal tour guide for both hunters and non-hunters. Additionally, the package offers field preparation, transportation to a local shipper, round-trip transportation between Queenstown and the hunting concession, luxury lodge accommodations, meals, daily room service, and a full bar, including beer and fine wines. The method of take is restricted to rifle and bow only; handguns are not allowed. Please note that dip and pack services, taxidermy, and gratuities are not included. Our location provides world-class hunting while showcasing the rich culture of New Zealand in one of its most scenic areas. Couples will enjoy breathtaking views of the mountainous river valley and vineyards from the comfort of our luxurious Queensbury Lodge. Hunting is primarily done by vehicle with spot-and-stalk techniques on the private land surrounding our lodge. Upgrade options are available, including larger stags (400-800 inches/Record Class), tahr, chamois, fallow deer, elk, wallabies, and more at current prices. Additional hunting, fishing, or touring days can also be arranged. Extra hunters are welcome at $700 per day, and non-hunters at $300 per day. Non-hunting companions will have a personal guide to organize a variety of enjoyable activities such as shopping trips, visits to premier day spas, tours of choice wineries, horseback adventures, biking around Lake Wanaka, and more. A highlight of the trip is a full-day helicopter tour showcasing all that New Zealand has to offer. Marvel at awe-inspiring views as you fly over mountain ranges and glaciers towards the sea fjords and the world-famous Milford Sound. This adventure includes visits to 1,000-foot waterfalls, alpine lakes, a family of seals, beautiful tropical beaches, glaciers, and more. Along the coast, your guide will dive into the ocean to catch fresh lobster and abalone, followed by a lavish picnic of fresh seafood and superior local wines in a remote, scenic location. Many describe this as one of the best days of their lives, and it's an experience not to be missed. The preferred pickup point is Queenstown, located only 50 minutes from our Queensbury Lodge. Our outfitters will help create a custom itinerary for pre- and post-hunt travel, ensuring you and your companion make the most of your visit to beautiful New Zealand.
