SEMI-AUTOMATIC RIFLE WITH MATCHING FACTORY BOX, FORMER HENRY RODESCHIN COLLECTION. Cal. 223 Rem. S# 181-00091. Bbl. 18 1/2". Mini-14 semi-automatic rifle mfg. by Ruger in 1977. Left side of the receiver is marked with the S# "181-00091" (with the last two digits being that of Ruger factory employee Henry Rodeschin's personal "91" S#) and Ruger's mfg. information, with "RUGER/ MINI-14/ CAL..223" marked over the top of the receiver at the rear. Metal components exhibit a blue finish overall. Plain wood pistol grip buttstock with an early-patterned wood handguard. Blade front sight with aperture rear sight. MAGS: 1 5-rd. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: matching factory box. CONDITION: fine, with metal components retaining bountiful amounts of their original factory blue finish, exhibiting some light wear on the bolt from cycling of the action. Mirror bore, exhibiting well-defined rifling throughout. Stock and handguard are excellent overall. Box shows age related discoloration, with mild wear, tearing, and a few holes, but otherwise remains sturdy and serviceable.
