Early 17th Century Reproduction Matchlock Display Musket

Hand Made Item: Only One Available. Made many years ago as a replica display
musket this would appear to be a Jamestown or English Civil War style matchlock
musket circa 1600-1645.

This is the wide butted version of the matchlock musket of the day and was often
supported on a shepherd's crook type mount when firing. The touch hole is not drilled
all the way through to the barrel as this example was only made for display..
Trigger does move match but just for show.
Shows some wear from storage but in overall fair condition and ready to display.
Offered only as a decorative item, with no intent for any other use.

Gun measures 54.5 inches long.
