.45 caliber, 5& #34; barrel, S/N 61175. Marked on right side of slide Model of 1911 U.S Army and United States Property on the left side of frame. Military sub inspectors initials throughout. Blue finish, diamond checkered walnut grips. All parts are the original to the pistol with the exception of the magazine. This pistol still retains most of the original blue finish. Some wear to the high edges. Some light freckling to the blue finish on the top of the slide and on the right and left sides. All markings are sharp and crisp. The bore is bright and shiny. This is a very nice early 1911.
