Kettle River Outfitters was founded over 36 years ago by Melvin Kilback and is still owned and operated by he and his wife Tami. Melvin continues to be the principle guide for a majority of the hunts and is able to use his vast knowledge of the area and local animals to ensure a phenomenal hunting experience for his clients.
On this 6 day 1:1 spot and stalk hunt you will see healthy elk populations with many small herds. The gene pool provides very heavy horned animals. There is a six point restriction and the Kilback’s have had clients take exceptional 350 to 370 point bulls throughout the season.
Their base lodge is their central camp that you will stay in. It has all of the comfort and amenities of a modern facility and a full time cook on staff. Hunters can fly into Penticton, B.C. Canada where they will pick you up. Hunters can also fly into Spokane, Washington, rent a car, and drive to Oliver, B.C. The trip is approximately 200 miles.
Fees NOT included are licenses, tags, gratuity and Hunter Preservation Fund.
