Excellent 19th century dagger made in arcaic armoural style marked “Fabrica De Toledo”. Fully and finely etched with gold gilt. E. Zulaoga studied arms and the damascening process while working with Le Page and othergreat gun and armouerers of 19th century. He recreated the gold damascening process and won many exhibitions and world acclaim. This dagger in our opinion was made during period that Zulvoaga directed the Toledo Armory. The condition is near fine with slight aging and very fancy and fine etching. Est.: $1000-$2000
