Shipping arrangements/payments are solely between winning bidder, the shipper of their choice and/or donors. DSC assumes no responsibility or liability of shipped items. No hard item merchandise will be delivered to buyers until DSC bank confirms full payment has been received. All hard merchandise may not be shipped until 30 days after the close of auction.

IDDER AUTHORIZES DSC TO CHARGE BIDDER’S CREDIT CARD FOR THE FULL AMOUNT (PLUS BUYER'S PREMIUM) FOR EACH SUCCESSFUL BID PLACED BY BIDDER IMMEDIATELY UPON THE CLOSE OF EACH INDIVIDUAL SALE. All sales are final. NO RETURNS OF MERCHANDISE WILL BE ACCEPTED. No payments will under any circumstances be accepted from any third party not being a successful qualified bidder. Bidders’ names and addresses to which the merchandise must be delivered may not be changed after the sale.
STATE AND/OR LOCAL SALES AND/OR USE TAX: The final sale price of all tangible items, destinations, trips, and vacations include any applicable sales tax, which will be withheld from the proceeds and remitted by DSC on behalf of the purchaser. The following provisions will apply to bidders participating in online bidding:
1) At auction close, the winner's card of record will be charged the full amount for each successful bid; winners will receive a paid invoice for all purchases.
2) In the event the card is declined, DSC will make one attempt to contact the winner to obtain a new form of payment. If the bidder cannot be reached, DSC may, in its sole and absolute discretion, re-sell the related item. Online bidders are encouraged to remain available via cell phone during the bidding process.
3) Online bidders agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of any transaction being conducted during the online auction.
4) DSC and DSC CENTRAL FLORIDA reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the online auction.
5) If bidder dissatisfaction occurs with the online auction, the bidder’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the online auction before items have been purchased.
6) DSC and DSC CENTRAL FLORIDA reserves the right to terminate bidder registration and use of the online auction and impose limits on certain features of the online auction or restrict bidder access to, or use of, part or the entire online auction without notice or penalty.
7) DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY FOR DALLAS SAFARI CLUB (DSC), DSC Central Florida: All goods in the live auctions, silent auctions, and raffles have been acquired or obtained from third parties. The high bidder acknowledges that the goods have not been inspected by DSC or DSC Central Florida and is advised, in the case of firearms, knives, bullets, or other weapons to secure a competent inspection and test of the goods before use. DSC does not accept liability for failure to execute any online bid or for errors or omissions in connection therewith.
9) DSC and DSC CENTRAL FLORIDA may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding, and re-sell any goods affected by any malfunction.
10) CHARITABLE DEDUCTION QUALIFICATIONS: DSC is a 501(c)(4) non-profit organization and not listed as a charitable organization under the United States Internal Revenue Code. Therefore, in accordance with IRS regulations, no payments or donations made to DSC for auction items would be tax-deductible. DSC CENTRAL FLORIDA is a qualified charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. Donations to DSC are deductible under Section 170(c) of the Internal Revenue Code. Consult your tax professional for the deductibility of amounts paid for auction purchases.
