Hunt: Two hunters for 1 Red Stag each up to 230 SCI. Upgrades available.

Hunting areas are varied, consisting of several streams, heavily wooded gullys with open glens surrounded by picturesque and pure New Zealand scenery. Hunting is stalk and spot directly out the front door of the lodge -- a wonderful beginning to a day!
This hunt may be upgraded for larger Red Stag. Game that can be added: Fallow Deer, Rusa, Samba, Fallow, Sika, Arapawa Ram, Feral Goat. See website price list. Additional days and added hunters or non-hunters at current prices per the website priceless. (www.huntnz.co.nz)

Hunt arrival/departure is Hamilton Airport, city Road Cat Shuttle Service: Phone #0064 274949 440, or Minibus Express +64 7 856 3191. Travel to Mungunui is approximately 1.3 hours. First day of hunt commences on the day of pickup or arrival and the last day of hunt is the drop off day. Total time of the hunt four nights and five days.
Be sure to add a tourism time and visit Hobbiton which is nearby. We highly recommend it along with the Glowworm Caves of Waitomo!
During the hunt no special charters, licenses, or fees are required. Your expeditor will arrange any CITES permits required.
This is a hunt many San Francisco Bay Area Chapter members have enjoyed immensely and we can highly recommend it.

It is the purchaser's responsibility to contact the hunt or trip donor within 30 days and make all the necessary arrangements. If you fail to contact the donor within thirty days of the date of your purchase, the donor may consider the donation invalid.
All auctioned hunts must be used within the timeframe specified on the donation. If no date range is specified, all hunts or trips must be used within one year of the date of purchase.
A majority of outfitters do not allow "stringing" of donation hunts (purchase of multiple hunts in a single country), even if it is not explicitly stated in the hunt description, so please don't buy more than one hunt per country. If you want to string together two or more donated hunts, be sure to gain the approval of ALL the outfitters ahead of bidding, to ensure they will honor your purchases.
Auction hunts are donated in good faith by the donor. Donations are made to both raise money for our core missions, and secondly to attract new customers to outfitters. Most outfitters do not accept multiple purchases by the same bidder to be used all together as one item. Please be respectful of the opportunity you have been offered!
Auction hunt buyers must be flexible as some dates are inevitably booked by the outfitter or professional hunter.
