FN Model 1922 .32 Acp. SN: 23860
Belgian pistol chambered for the 7.65 / 32acp cartridge. Represents a modification to the John Browning design to increase barrel length and magazine capacity over the previous model 1910. Features fixed sights, manual safety, grip safety, approx 4.5 inch barrel. Bore is in excellent/bright condition. Blued finish is bright with over 90% coverage, slight wear at sharp edges, minor scratches. Magazine has a grayish finish over metal, FN marked, overall very good to excellent condition. Wood grips are in very good solid condition with shallow checkering and some loss to varnished finish. Observed numbers match on frame, and nosecap, and no import marks found. Based upon Belgian proofs on the barrel, wood grips as well as the un beveled nosecap, we're thinking maybe shortly after liberation of the plant. Maybe circa late '44 or early '45.
Condition is NRA Very Good. C&R Firearm.
