We offer flat rate shipping within the continental US of $39.95 per gun to cover shipping and handling of each firearm. We only ship within the US. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available, but we will charge an additional fee to ship to those areas. Firearms shipped to California are charged at $45 per gun to cover the additional paperwork. Certain firearms may not be legal to ship to your state and it is your responsiblity to know that information.
We offer flat rate shipping on non-firearm items at $29.95 per auction to the continental US. Large and oversized items may be charged at a higher rate. Shipments to Alaska or Hawaii have to be air freighted, so shipping to those states will be higher. Ammunition cannot be shipped to California, Hawaii or Alaska and many other states, so please be aware of your state laws prior to bidding.
We no longer offer an option for local pickup. All items must be shipped.

Firearm Sales: Any and all firearms in this auction are sold by Ollie's Guns LLC, a federally licensed dealer in firearms. All Federal, State and Locals laws are strictly enforced to the best of our ability and knowledge.

New Merchandise: Our auctions are non-traditional in a couple of different ways. All the items in this auction are brand new, first quality and come with full manufacturer’s warranty. You can count on getting new, genuine, name-branded merchandise. We sell thru multiple distributors and manufacturers in various locations around the United States. Because of that, we are subject to supply chain issues at times.
Notice: The following terms create a binding agreement. Please be sure to read the terms carefully prior to bidding with us.
Shipping Delays: Because we sell for multiple distributors and manufacturers in various locations around the United States, your items may arrive at different times or in different packages from different carriers. These manufacturers may take different amounts of time to ship your items. We try to have items shipped as quickly as possible, but at times, there may be delays of 30 or more days in their shipping times.
Out of Stock Items: Out of stock does not mean the same as delayed shipping. Out of stock means the item is no longer available to ship and an appropriate substitution cannot be sourced. Although items are in stock at the time that we catalog them, there may be times when an item unexpectedly goes out of stock. If this occurs, we will attempt to source the item for you for a period of time at our discretion. If you do not wish to wait for the item to become available, you may notify us through email, and we will process a full refund to your card. We may substitute a similar item if one is available. Items are considered similar at our discretion and will have the same or greater value as determined by the wholesale price of the substituted item. If we are unable to source the item or a similar item, we will process a refund back to your card on file.
Warranty Issues: All warranty issues are between the bidder and the manufacturer. If you believe an item to be defective, you must contact the manufacturer directly to make a claim. We do not accept returns. If you need help with this, please let us know and we’ll do our best to provide contact information.
Buyer’s Premium: The buyer's premium for this auction is 22%, plus shipping and the credit card convenience fee for this auction is 4%.

Failure to Complete a Purchase: You understand that by bidding in our auctions, you are receiving valuable consideration, even if you don't win the item you are bidding on. We incur fees when you bid and/or win an item in our auction, therefore we pass fees on to you if you fail to complete a purchase on an item you have won. If you win an item and fail to pay for it, fail to send us a legal address for shipping, fail to give us a correct address or, in general, cause a failure to complete the transaction, a cancellation fee of 35% of the total invoice will apply and you give us permission to charge the cancellation fee to your card on file.
Declined Credit Cards: If your card on file declines for an attempted charge, we will charge a declined payment fee of $50. You authorize us to charge your card on file for this decline fee. You agree that the card decline fee, cancellation fee, storage fee or any other fee will be paid even if you don't pay for or receive the items that you won. You agree that said fees will be paid first and before any monies collected will be applied to your purchase. You authorize us to charge your card on file in any increment we choose in order to collect monies that you owe us.
Collecting Invoices: You authorize us to charge your card in increments smaller than the total due to collect your entire invoice balance. You authorize us to apply those smaller payments toward card decline fees, storage fees or relisting fees if applicable.
FFL Process: You are responsible for having your gun shop or FFL holder of choice email a copy of their Federal Firearms License (FFL) to us for shipping of your firearm. The email must be sent to bismanbids@gmail.com and have your name on the subject line. The FFL must be received within 5 days of the auction close or a $10 per day storage fee may be imposed. You agree to this charge to your credit card on file. All storage fees must be paid prior to shipping your item. You agree to pay these storage fees even if you don't pay for or receive the item that you won.
Credit Card Disputes: If you dispute any of the charges that you have agreed to, you authorize us to charge a $200 dispute fee to your card on file. You authorize us to charge that fee to your card on file and you agree that the dispute fee will be paid even if you don't receive your merchandise. This covers our time and expense in submitting paperwork to the card processor in order to recover our money.
Bidding On Our Site: We may have multiple items of the same lot available, so we may accept your bid on a lot even if you're not the high bidder. Do not place a bid unless you intend to purchase the item. All bids are final and cannot be retracted for any reason. Do not share your log in information. Do not leave your computer open while you are logged in to our site. If someone else uses your login or your computer, you agree that you have granted permission to that person and you agree that you are responsible for any bids that are placed through your account. We reserve the right to accept or reject your bid for any reason. If we have accepted your bid, you will receive a paid receipt along with instructions for next steps usually within 24 hours of the auction close. Some of the items in this auction will sell with reserve. We do not disclose which items have reserves nor do we share that reserve with you. We may cause our software to bid up to the amount of that reserve in order to keep the item from selling under the reserve price.
Failure to Pay: If you cannot pay for your winning bid, you may opt to pay a relisting fee of 35% of the total invoice. If you refuse to pay your invoice, you agree to pay a cancellation fee of 35% of the total invoice.
State Specific Restrictions: Many of the items that we sell are restricted in some states. Firearm and ammunition laws are complex and vary widely from state to state. You are responsible for knowing the laws in the state in which you reside. If you win an item that is not legal to ship to your address on file, you may give us an alternate address for shipping. If you do not have an alternate address, a cancellation fee of 35% of the total invoice will apply.
International Shipping: We do not ship internationally. If you live outside of the United States and have won an item, we must ship your item to an address within the US. You can then arrange to export your item. If you have won an item and live outside of the US, you must provide a US address for shipping. If you cannot provide a US address, the transaction will be cancelled and a cancellation fee of 35% of the invoice total will be applied.
Additional Shipping Charges: We will ship items to Alaska or Hawaii, but additional shipping charges may be incurred. Large or oversized items may also incur additional shipping charges. If we ship an item to you and it is returned to us by the shipper, you authorize us to charge a cancellation fee of 35% of the invoice total to your card on file.
Ownership of Sold Items: An item becomes your property the moment it is paid for through the charge to your credit card. You assume all of the risk in the pre-shipping storage of your property and in the actual shipping. Any claims for damaged or missing items are strictly between the buyer and the shipping company. We do not offer a pickup option. All items will be shipped according to our listed terms and conditions.
Return and Refund Policy: We do not accept returns. If an item is damaged when you receive it, all claims must be made with the shipper of the item. Since our items are new, any other claims regarding the condition of the item you receive must be made with the manufacturer of the item. If you need help with contacting a shipper or a manufacturer, please email us at bismanbids@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to help. If you believe your merchandise is defective, you must make a claim with the item manufacturer. All warranties are between the buyer and the manufacturer and we do not warranty the condition of any item.
Cancellation Policy: All bids are final and cannot be retracted for any reason. Items cannot be cancelled. If you do cancel an item by refusing to accept it or refusing to pay for it, you authorize us to charge a cancellation fee of 35% of the invoice total to your card on file.
Unpaid Charges: If you have multiple invoices with us at any given time, all of those invoices must be paid in full prior to shipping any items to you. If you refuse or are unable to pay all of your invoices, any funds that we have collected will be used for cancellation or other fees first. After those fees are paid, we will either ship the remaining items or refund the difference.
Credit Card Authorization: Each time you bid with us, you authorize us to charge your card on file for the purchase and/or any related fees which you incur, per our terms and conditions. You may not revoke that authorization that you have granted nor impede our authority in any way. By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you agree to be bound to them and to be personally liable for any charges that you incur.
