16 gauge, 28.75& #34;, S/N 9076. Length of pull 14& #34;, drop at heel 2.75& #34;. Blued barrels with case hardened frame and oiled walnut stock. Hand-cut matted rib. Splinter forend has been diamond-point checkered with front and rear deeply carved in bold floral motifs along with an engraved catch. Clocked screw heads with floral arabesque engraving. Frame finely engraved throughout with rose and scroll patterns, with roses gilt. Underside of frame with gilt & #34;JC& #34; and 1913 date.
**Fine condition. Some minor wear to finish on muzzle and light handling wear. Stock has some handling blemishes. A very fine shotgun made a true craftsman that would be at home in any advanced sporting arms collection.**
