Fine double barrel French percussion shotgun signed in gold on the barrel, “Delpire Arq. Du Roi A Paris” indicating the maker had an appointment to royalty and retained in French style fitted case. Measures 43 ½” overallwith 26 ¾” barrels in 16 GA. Also signed behind the hammers with scroll engraved lock and mounts. Fancy “Birds eye” maple stock with checkered wrist. Expertly European gunsmith restored with tobacco brown finishon the barrels, polished locks and mounts. Lightly refreshed stocks and now excellent as reconditioned. Fine powder and shot flasks, rods and small accessories in lidded compartments. Mold and screwdriver closereplacements. The interior of the box is very good plus with minor aging, fading, and wear at contact points. The exterior is good plus with scratching otherwise would be very good. A high grade and beautifully stockedshotgun circa 1860’s and fit for royalty. (Antique) Est.: $1500-$3000

Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
